Located in Columbia County, we have worked extensively in the Hudson Valley Region from the smallest boundary survey to large subdivision projects. We currently serve Columbia, Greene, Ulster, Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Schoharie, Delaware and Dutchess counties.

Richard Sardo
Richard Sardo was born in Flushing, New York and raised in Wappingers Falls, NY and is a graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School.
Richard has over 30 years of surveying experience in California and New York State working in both the public and private sectors. Licensed in New York State in 2004 Sardo Land Surveying offers a multitude of surveying services including small and large residential boundary surveys and subdivision and lot line adjustments, Planning board review representation in towns throughout the area ALTA/ACSM Title Surveys, Topographic surveys for design and site plan submittal, Construction stake-out, Deed research and legal descriptions and FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates.
Serving Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, Delaware, Schoharie, Rensselaer, Albany Counties.
Education:
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Geology from San Diego State University
- Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Hudson Valley Community College
